Canfem is one of the top leading communities that provides various products and services, allowing cancer patients to use handcrafted cotton fabric-based external breast prostheses, designer mastectomy brassiere, counselling services to cancer patients, as well as working for breast cancer awareness, specifically focusing on behaviour change among young women, and instilling in them the habit of performing regular breast self-examination.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Business Development- Sales and Marketing shall be responsible for the following:

 

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Bring new business leads for our products and services via hospitals, doctors, NGOs and other relevant parties;
(2) Build and maintain healthy relationships with potential, new and existing clients, keeping them engaged with the brand;
(3) Follow-up with leads, marking sales, completing sales cycle and encouraging repeat purchase;
(4) Prepare presentations for potential clients;
(5) Research market trends in similar domains and aligning company strategies accordingly
(6) Bring market insights for expanding our portfolio;
(7) Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections;
(8) Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers;
(9) Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications:

Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree/ post-graduate diploma in related field.

 

Experience:

 

Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in oncology/ pharma
 

Skills And Competencies:
(1) Fluent in written and spoken Hindi and English languages;
(2) Proficient in Word, MS Excel, and Power Point

(3) Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
(4) Exceptional customer service skills

 

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

Gross compensation budgeted for the position is between Rs 4 to 5 lacs per annum. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
