3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Home Care Nurse will be responsible for following:
Key Job Responsibilities:
Clinical
(1) To maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
(2) To ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
(3) To ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical standards.
(4) To ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient’s care or treatment is recorded accurately.
(5) To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner
(6) To maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
Specialty Care:
Note: The job responsibilities under Specialty Care shall vary as per the positions/ specialization mentioned below:
(1) Homecare Nurse (Critical Care)
(2) Home Care Nurse (Speciality Care)
(3) Homecare Nurse (Basic Care)
(4) Home Care Nursing Assistant (Home Health Aid Care)
(5) Home Nurse- Baby Care
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) ANM/ GNM: 3-5 Years of Experience in Nursing Field.
(2) B.Sc. or M.Sc. Nursing: 2-5 Years of Experience in Nursing Field.
(3) Candidate must be registered with the Central/ State Nursing Council.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) The ability to work unsupervised;
(2) The ability to work as a flexible member of the team;
(3) The ability to be motivated and proactive and to respond positively to new challenges;
(4) The ability to present a professional image at all times.
5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history. For exceptional candidates, we are committed to offering a competitive compensation package without any limitations.
