About the Role

Leonard Cheshire’s new innovative programme aims promoting the economic inclusion of people with disabilities in India. This programme will collaborate with public and private sector employers to actively engage and create inclusive apprenticeship opportunities for people with disabilities across India.

This post will take the responsibility for the set up and delivery of the MEL framework, as well as monitoring of outcomes and results as per the donor contract and working alongside the programme and technical lead.

About You

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to influence at a high level and manage partner relationships. You will be able to think on the ground, be able to work alone whilst being a strong leader and capacity builder.  

Having supported economic inclusion programmes with public and private sector employers before you will have designed, developed and implemented monitoring and evaluation frameworks and systems using the logical framework approach and other MEAL strategies for demonstrating impact. You will also have experience in quantitative and qualitative, participatory research methods and conducting field work.
